INSTITUTE FOR MULTICULTURAL BEHAVIORAL HEALTH AT BELLEVUE HOSPITAL 2001-2006.   Founding Director.  Founded and directed an institute dedicated to providing services to the unacculturated non-English speaking Hispanic population at Bellevue Hospital.  Training, supervision and research opportunities are offered  to doctoral students and fellows in the areas of health and cross-cultural psychology.  

PRIVATE PRACTICE 1984-present  Provide individual, couples and family psychotherapy to adults and  adolescents. NYU‑BELLEVUE HOSPITAL CENTER  1984-2001  Director Clinical Psychology Internship Training Program.  Administratively responsible for 24 trainees and a supervisory staff composed of 54 psychologists. Supervised and coordinated interns clinical experience conducted in more than ten clinics and six hospitals.  Provided consultation and guidance on research projects.  Supervised coordination of didactics.  

BELLEVUE PSYCHIATRIC HOSPITAL  1984  Senior Psychologist   Supervision to psychology interns and externs of bilingual assessment and psychotherapy of inpatient and outpatient adults, children and families.

BELLEVUE PSYCHIATRIC HOSPITAL 1982-1984  Staff Psychologist Conducted assessment and psychotherapy of inpatient and outpatient adults, children and families. 

SOUTH BRONX MENTAL HEALTH COUNCIL ALCOHOLISM   CLINIC     1981-1982  Clinical Supervisor.  Responsible for clinical supervision of entire staff, composed of social workers and counselors.  Assessment and treatment in individual and group modalities.  Supervision of families, intakes and group treatments.  Conducted in‑service seminars on a monthly basis for staff.
